Why you should drink water!
You Need to Drink water! This is a subject dear to my heart because I have seen so many facial clients skin change when they begin to drink enough water. You need to know the fact that your body is made up of 60% water and to maintain the ‘healthy’ balance for yourself, this is how to calculate it: What do you weigh in pounds, say 140 lbs, half this figure in 2 = 70 lbs and convert this to 70 fluid ounces and that is how much water you need for optimum body and skin health!
1. Water helps you to lose weight!
Are you trying to lose a few pounds? Water naturally reduces your appetite. Do you know a lot of people confuse feeling thirsty with feeling hungry and eat when actually their body wants them to drink water. If you are dehydrated, fat cells become harder to break down and therefore anyone trying to diet will find it harder if they don’t drink much water.
Try drinking 500 ml (1/2 litre) of water prior to a meal and this helps you to consume fewer calories thereby enabling you to lose weight. How good is that?!
2. Water is a natural wrinkle buster.
Yes. It’s true. According to a recent survey 1 in 5 women who drank 1 ½ litres of water per day saw a reduction in wrinkles after 6 weeks! Super models have known this secret for years.
3. Water gives you sparkly eyes.
For gorgeous wide awake and glistening eyes – get that water habit right now! Also drinking water is going to help de puff the eyes and help anyone with dark circles.
4. Water gives you clear skin.
Drinking water is going to help clear the bacterial infections that cause spots and acne. So for glowing, clearer, smoother skin – you know what to do.
5. Water prevents headaches and dizziness
When you get a headache, please don’t reach for the pills first, try drinking a glass of water first. Dehydration gives you headaches so drinking a glass of water may just get rid of the sore head!
Tension headaches and dizziness from these fast lives we are all living now which can be brought on by fatigue can be simply be cured by drinking water – because tiredness is also a sign of your body being dehydrated. You Need to Drink water!
